However, maintaining this inner state is difficult when you are crushed under undeniable responsibilities — financial pressure, family duties, social expectations, and emotional burdens. This is why not every obstacle qualifies as a breakdown.
Small ups and downs are not breakdowns.
A breakdown happens when you lose your current identity and are forced to redefine who you are. It carries an opportunity cost. For some, the price is small; for others, it is enormous. And the output you receive depends on what you were willing to pay
This payment is not only material. It is often emotional, psychological, spiritual — even karmic. It feels like life has surcharged you heavily. But that surcharge is never random.
Destiny Prepares You Before the Storm
Breakdowns never arrive suddenly.
Life prepares you slowly, giving small hints, nudges, and signs — most of which we naturally ignore. We are not meant to live like spies, suspicious of every event. As long as you are on the right path, even if you move slowly, destiny supports you.
During this phase, destiny takes care of your minimal needs — not out of pity, but to realign you with the karma you are meant to complete in this lifetime.
This period is your gestation phase:
- Learning new skills
- Developing inner strength
- Gaining knowledge
- Exploring interests and passions
- Refining your character
Nothing is wasted. Everything prepares you for what comes next.

People with weak foundations and superficial grounding often collapse under this pressure. They choose shortcuts, unethical paths, or corrupt routes to escape pain — accumulating more karmic debt.
Your foundation determines how tall a life you can build.
